Barbecue in the courtyard of Klosterhotel Wöltingerode
Experience pure summer pleasure at the barbecue buffet in the courtyard of the monastery hotel Wöltingerode! From 13 June 2023, we open our doors every Tuesday from 6 pm for an unforgettable culinary journey. With a mix of classic and creative grilled dishes, charming side dishes and tempting desserts, we promise a unique culinary experience. For only 29,00€ per person you can indulge yourself in the idyllic atmosphere of our inner courtyard. Whether hotel guest or external, all are welcome to join us on a journey of flavors. The barbecue buffet is accompanied by a variety of dishes, some examples of which are listed here. Please note that we regularly add new dishes and replace some items with others to ensure the highest quality at all times. Our Tuesday barbecue buffet includes:
- Cold cucumber yogurt soup, refined with our own gin
- Various salads: potato, pasta, tomato, farmer, cucumber and leaf salads, served with dressing and oils.
- Butter and dips: tomato thyme butter, herb butter or steak butter, BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup, tzatziki and eggplant dip.
- Assorted rolls, bread and white bread sticks
- Salmon side in foil in vegetables and white wine broth
- Whole beef brisket marinated with herbs
- Thuringian bratwurst
- Corn Ribs with Chili Mayonnaise
- Chicken BBQ Shashlik
- Grilled vegetables
- Baked potatoes with herb curd
- Baked feta with onions and tomatoes
- Chocolate cake with cheese cake cream and berries
- Iced fruit salad flavored with cita
