Events of all kinds take place in the monastery all year round. Markets, concerts, readings, culinary events and tastings, guided tours, church services and much more have their place on the monastery estate. One of the annual highlights is undoubtedly the Advent market in the monastery, which attracts thousands of visitors. The small events are also worth a visit. GUIDED TOURS THROUGH THE DISTILLERY (Status: 16.03.2022)
Public introductory tours without registration take place weekly on the following days at a price of EUR 5.00 per person:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays at 2 p.m.
In addition, we organize individual tours for registered groups .
You are also welcome to arrange a visit to the Klosterkrug Wöltingerode in connection with a guided tour.

Spirits have been distilled in our monastery since 1682 – artisanal and from the best regional ingredients. Get to know the Wöltingerode monastery and the traditional distillery processes several times a week as part of introductory tours and special themed tours. The conclusion is traditionally a tasting, where you can convince yourself of the taste of our specialties.
